      Courses

    The Full-time MBA Program is one of the most recognized in the world and focuses on developing generic and strategic management and leadership skills that are necessary to be successful in a corporate environment as an entrepreneur. The program is made up of 12 compulsory modules and two elective modules plus a research dissertation. The program can occur four nights a week with each module lasting two weeks or two full days a week (Friday and Saturday).  In both modes, modules occur every four to six weeks.  Below is a diagram from Regenesys’s website of the MBA program schedule. The Executive Development Programs are designed to offer skills and expertise in distinct areas of business, such as leadership, executive, middle-manager, or new manager/supervisor classes.  The programs are designed to facilitate the transfer of learned skills to the work place through practical assignments and projects.  The diagram below shows the four different executive programs offered for each of these areas.     The Regenesys International Leadership Program (ILDP) is designed for senior leaders and managers from corporate and government sectors.  ILDP uses cutting-edge knowledge and research in the global trends of leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship from the leading economies of USA and China. It is an intensive two-week program that exposes participants to global trends and provides them with interactions with some of the most successful global companies in the Eastern and Western hemispheres.  An innovation course is  taught at NYU Stern, followed by a visit to the China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong in Shanghai.  The program also includes a number of other activities such as tours of cities in the US and China and a visit the The Great Wall of China.
