    The school has a long tradition of intellectually free research, scientific rigor and interdisciplinary and designs and delivers cutting-edge educational programs guided by managerial knowledge and expertise. MIP has a network of top multinational companies who aide in the governance of the university and provide students with an opportunity to interact and learn in a real-world environment on a daily basis.  Also, their MBA and Executive MBA programs subjects  range from general management and entrepreneurship to specific topics like design-driven innovation, supply chain management, project management and digital transformation.

    Courses

    The MBA Program at MIP is offered in a full-time or part-time format and is designed for those who wish to learn the latest management theories and gain knowledge, skills and the confidence needed to be an effective manager in todays rapidly changing business environment.  It is a general management program aimed towards young professionals and provides a special mix of technical and management skills. The full-time program is 14 months long and is based on organizational behavior, the development of a business plan and personal development throughout.  The core fundamentals are courses in managerial concepts and management methodologies.  The program offers concentrations in:

    To the right is a program calendar structure of the full-time program, provided by MIP. The part-time program contains the same elements and structure but lasts 22 months, instead of 14.  Classes take place from Friday through Sunday and a week-long immersion session takes place at some point during the program.  The course structure is also designed more for well-rounded managers instead of undergraduate student.  Below is the learning approach to the part-time MBA program, provided by MIP.

    The Executive MBA Program lasts 20 months and has a focus on business management and innovation.  The program is aimed to expand and integrate executives’ skills and deepen their knowledge on the most advanced topics and emerging business trends.  It is intended for executives with considerable work experience who are strongly motivated to invest in themselves and improve their business skills. The program offers specialization streams called “Create your experience”, that allow students to apply what they have learned in the classroom.  The streams are offered in the areas of:

    • Entrepreneurship
    • ICT and Digital Transformation
    • Innovation Management
    • International Management

    The program is offered as a part-time program in Milan or Rome, or classes can be taken in the evenings in Milan.  It is a modular program that consists of core courses in general management, elective courses integrated with specializing streams, and project work.  The Executive MBA courses are taught in Italian and the average age of participants is 36. MIP also offers Executive Courses in the areas of business in Italy, advanced training courses, and short seminars.  In the “Doing Business in Italy” program, industries such as the automotive, design, or fashion or covered, while the advanced training courses  provided experienced participants with in-depth knowledge on their specific sectors.  A vast array of seminars are offered in new marketing models and design management on a regular basis.
