<\/a><\/p>\n There are some key facts<\/a> about London Housing market that raise the issue of affordability and are alarming to us – people living, working and raising children in London. We would like to share it with you and ask you to make action by joining us for the event on 27th April, where you can be part of other 1 million Londoners <\/a>who address the issue to London mayoral candidates.<\/p>\n Alarming Key Facts on current London Housing market:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n London Housing Event – Policy building forum<\/strong><\/p>\n London South Bank University Keyworth Events Centre will hold on 27th April event on Affordable Housing organised by Uprise Policy Forum and the Open Business Council. The event will comprise of half-day conference that will draw together the stakeholders and citizens to put an London Affordable Homes Plan in place for the next Mayor.<\/p>\n This event will challenge mayoral candidates with their plans for landlords and investors raising various questions like:<\/p>\n Over the rest of the day, workshop with leading policy makers, councillors, candidates, landlords, \u00a0investors, academics, leaders in the built environment and citizen stakeholders and let’s create a policy for London that works for investors and tenants.<\/p>\n Different organisations and group will represent together 1 million Londoners. And these people will endorse the policy plan built on that day and submit it to London\u2019s next mayor to implement. The Plan will be presented to all 4 main mayoral candidates on 1 May 2016 and No 10 and Treasury to shift City Hall from stasis to constructive dialogue with people who care about the future of London.<\/p>\n\n
