You\u2019re not a behemoth, although it can feel that way to your employees sometimes. Even if you\u2019re a small business, the connection or rather disconnection you have with your employees, can lead them to feel being left out of the loop. Many workers don\u2019t understand what you do for them or simply want to know more in this regard. Usually it’s the job of the employer to take care of the health and safety practices at their business. It’s a combination of following national law, and also creating your own safety practices for your specific company that pertains to company culture.
