What Are RD Tax Credits?

The 1981 ‘Economic Recovery Tax Act (ERTA)’ was enacted in response to a far-reaching concern that the United States’ economic performance had fallen well short of its capability. The ERTA was established as a fiscal stimulus to encourage domestic investment in the United States.
