For example, if you don’t use safety equipment then you can’t expect your team to use it either, and if you come into work demotivated and angry then your team will follow suit. To avoid this, make sure that you are following the same regulations that you expect of the people who you work with, as this can make a huge difference when you are trying to get a project done and it can also seriously help you to get a better result out of your build.
